4• Front disc protection

 

The front disc protection is easily interchangeable.

7• Independent gauge wheel

Large depth gauge wheels (110 mm) ensure an efficient and uniform depth control.
Resting on the ground directly in line with the seed drop ensures the unmatched depth consistency that makes the reputation of the NG Plus.
The independent gauge wheels are mounted on an equalizing rocker bar which ensure uniform depth control even when one wheel encounters an obstacle (eg: stones).
 

The NX metering unit uses the same planting system as the NG Plus with double discs and the unit resting on the ground directly in line with the seed drop. However its design differs in order to meet with the difficulties encountered in minimum till conditions.

 
1• Wide and compact parallelogram

The wide and compact parallelogram is mounted on interchangeable bushings for better metering unit stability. The parallel linkage is designed to be equipped with an electrical row cut-off system.

 Safety system with audible safety clutch.

5• Planting with double discs

The planting system is made up of two large diameter discs (380 mm) mounted on sealed ball bearings.

Together with the inner shoe, this system ensures a constant depth control and planting quality no matter what the planting conditions.

3• Rippled disc and trash wheel
Front part of the metering unit with space for accessories for low-till conditions.

Rippled disc and trash wheel are standard on NX metering unit (other equipment available on option).

9• Depth adjustment
High precision but easy adjustment of working depth.

10• Hopper


Heavy-duty plastic hoppers with a 70 litre capacity.

The arm brackets on gauge wheels are mounted on interchangeable bushings.
